Meet & Race Information



  • Athletes should discuss their competition plans with Coach Freeman prior to an event.
  • Athletes expecting to be entered in a competition must have their competition plans and entries (with seed performances for each event) in by the clubs deadline via email.
  • ALL Pee Wee and Bantam athletes are expected to participate in multiple events for their age group as offered by the meet manager.

  • ALL meet and travel expenses are the responsibility of the athlete.
  • Any changes or scratches need to be submitted via email to Coach Freeman at least a day prior to the scratch deadline for submission.


Travel and Accommodation:

  • Coach Freeman or Team Manager will arrange travel and accommodation for only selected meets.
  • Athletes will be invoiced for their portion of the coaches travel expenses.
  • Athletes who wish to make their own arrangements must let Coach Freeman know prior to the club deadline, however this does not decrease the cost for coaches travel.
  • Arrangements for the other events can be made on your own, in conjunction with Coach Freeman, or with other parents. 


Athletes not competing once committed to the event:

  • All changes in competition plans should be communicated via email to Coach Freeman, ASAP.
  • Athletes who enter an event and do not compete will be charged for any expenses that were incurred due to late withdrawal from the event.
